We are a pet friendly community; maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Cats must be declawed. All pets must be neutered or spayed. Pet registration fee is $300.00 per pet and is non-refundable. The combined maximum weight for 2 pets (any combination) is 50 pounds, breed restrictions apply. Monthly pet fee is $25.00 per month per pet.
